The Science Behind The Treatment
The mesotherapy cocktail is prepared fresh in the clinic using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients: typically a combination of biotin (5mg), minoxidil (2%), copper peptides, hyaluronic acid (low molecular weight), and a vitamin B complex. The scalp is cleansed and topical numbing cream is applied for 20–30 minutes. The mesotherapy gun is loaded with the cocktail and programmed to deliver 0.02–0.05ml per injection point at a depth of 3–4mm. The gun delivers rapid, shallow injections at 1cm intervals across the treatment area. The procedure takes 20–25 minutes. Patients may experience mild discomfort (similar to a small pinch) at each injection site. Tiny wheal-like bumps appear on the scalp immediately after and resolve within 30–60 minutes as the solution is absorbed.

Pre-Treatment Steps
- • Avoid active retinoids and harsh exfoliants 3 days prior
- • Inform doctor of any active cold sores or medication
- • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin
Post-Treatment Guidelines
- • Avoid washing hair for 24 hours after mesotherapy.
- • Do not apply oil or hair masks for 48 hours post-session.
- • Avoid swimming, sauna, or excessive sweating for 48 hours.
- • The small bumps on the scalp after the session are normal — they contain the mesotherapy solution and will absorb within 1–2 hours.
- • Apply prescribed growth serum (not hair oil) on days between mesotherapy sessions.
- • Avoid tight hairstyles (braids, buns) that put tension on the scalp.
- • Track hair fall weekly using the drain catcher method — bring counts to your next appointment.
